Andrew J. Banks, B.A, MBA
Group Chairman

A veteran entrepreneur and Management Consultant (ex Deloitte & Touche), Andrew Banks founded the Mid-America Consulting Group company from which the ProviderGateway and SupplierGateway companies emerged. Andrew’s focus is on the global picture to guide growth, profitability, and investment interest in the firm. His efforts have led to attracting the first and second stage investments for new development and to support go-to-market partnerships. Andrew earned his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College, is the current president of the Presidents Council – an Ohio based consortium of entrepreneurial companies and investor groups. He sits on the board of Kent State University and other prominent Ohio based boards. 
 

Demo O. Solaru, MSIS, EDM
Sr. Principal; (Social Services; Product Architect)

Demo Solaru created the initial blueprint for what is now the ProviderGateway suite of software applications. Demo’s background includes management consulting and systems development in HealthCare, (ex Ernst & Young) and Health Insurance Management systems (ex Horwath International). Demo ensures that the ProviderGateway technology solution and complementary management services are value adding and competitive. His extensive background in healthcare and insurance cost optimization is reflected in the financial tracking profile of the ProviderGateway solution. Demo Solaru earned a Doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University and maintains active interest in the social services industry as a strategist, and as a researcher on customer issues in the management of technology.

Shadi W. Roman, MSW, PhD
Sr. Principal, (Human Services Subject Matter Expert, Health Related Services)

Shadi Roman is a seasoned “real world” practitioner in health and human services, and is responsible for developing new implementation models for health related services. In his prior career as administrator of the largest county in Ohio (Cuyahoga), Shadi gained an enviable reputation for tackling major change issues successfully in Child Welfare, Substance Abuse, TANF and Medicaid (Behavioral Health) Programs. Shadi Roman was an Assistant Professor of social work for many years and earned the MSW and PhD degrees from Case Western Reserve University. He has numerous industry publications, and sits on the boards of several social service organizations.  

Ade B. Solaru is Chief Technical Officer and leads the Product Center Operations Group. After a successful management career in development, manufacturing and procurement organizations at McDonnell Douglas Corporation, he has maintained a focus on developing the firm's research, engineering and information technology capability to support large-scale Internet based systems. Ade’s consulting and technical experience has involved organizations such as Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, NASA, The Boeing Company, The Federal Aviation Administration, Corning Inc., and many public and private sector organizations. Ade Solaru earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
